SmartPack offers you the ability to build a brand new designer-standard kitchen, wardrobe,laundry and home office without compromising quality or end result. Flat pack is really an advantageous method and philosophy of manufacture and delivery that does not compromise the resulting product. In fact it has to be better made because it needs to withstand out of factory assembly and installation. It needs to withstand the customer from novice to expert tradesperson.
QUALITY CABINETS: All SmartPack cabinets are made from the very best materials using 16mm highly moisture resistant particle board with PVC edges. The backs of all the cabinets and drawer bottoms are also made from this 16mm board. All shelving is adjustable and quality metal sided Blum Metabox drawers runners and Hettich clip on hinges are included with every SmartPack. All associated hardware for panels, benchtops and wall fixings are supplied, including handles. Legs for floor cabinets are adjustable with click on kickboards.
PERSONAL CHOICE: You have total flexibility and choice on a range of cabinet and door finishes and benchtops colours. SmartPack has a range of doors in stock or made to order.
READILY AVAILABLE: All SmartPacks cabinets are in stock, with a range of door finishes also in stock.
EASY ASSEMBLY:All boards are labelled and predrilled to enable easy installation with an expanding cam and dowel system. The adjustable shelves, hinge hole plates and drawer runner holes are even predrilled for your convenience. There is also a drilling jig supplied for handle holes.All SmartPack cabinets are supplied with instructions for installation.
EASILY TRANSPORTABLE: All SmartPack cabinets are boxed in individual cartons for ease of transporting and storage. There is a delivery service available.
INSTALLATION: SmartPack has Installers available for installation or you can use your own installer or you can do it yourself. Or Aussemble offers an assembly and installation service.
WARRANTY: SmartPacks come with a 7 year workmanship warranty and limited lifetime warranty on all the hardware.
All our range of Smartpack products are manufactured and designed with you the user in mind and supplied in a Flat pack format, packaged for ease of transport and storage with all necessary hardware including satin chrome bow handles supplied in each pack.
- And the difference of our company to any other flat pack kit manufacturer is that we can custom make units to your specifications for an extra cost.
The doors and panels are packaged seperately, shrinkwrapped in 100 micron plastic with cardboard protective corners so that they arrive at your site the same perfect condition that they left the factory.
Our doors, drawer fronts and panels are made in 3 types:
- Melamine with 1mm PVC edging from the Formica brand.
- Sprayed colour finishes by UV Decorative Coatings Pty Ltd.
- Restructured veneer sprayed with clear satin UV cured lacquer (more environmentally friendly and more chemical and scratch resistant than polyurethanes) by UV Decorative Coatings Pty Ltd.
Our Benchtops are made from Formica brand laminate with a 10-10 radius bullnose.
The hardware used has a lifetime warranty and the cabinetry has a 7 year workmanship gaurantee. (See Warranties page)
