Smartmelamine Doors

Melamine doors are high moisture resistant board with a low pressure resin impregnated decorative paper covering both sides of the board. All edges are covered with a 1mm PVC matching edging.

Custom melamine colours are also available from the colour ranges of Laminex, Formica, Gunnersens, Wilsonart on application.

Routered Polyurethane Doors

Doors are made from moisture restistant mdf (medium density fibreboard) with a 3mm pencil round edge profile and sprayed with a 2 pack polyurethane paint.

Custom colours to match the Dulux range or custom profiles are available on application.

Plain Panel Polyurethane Doors

OPHELIA DOORS
Doors are made from moisture restistant mdf (medium density fibreboard) with a 3mm pencil round edge profile and sprayed with a satin or semigoss polyurethane.

MARTINI DOORS
Doors are made from moisture restistant mdf (medium density fibreboard) with a 3mm pencil round edge profile and sprayed with a satin or semigoss metallic polyurethane Colour developed by Smartpack.

Custom colours to match the Dulux range or custom profiles are available on application.

Smart Veneer Doors

Doors are made from moisture resistant boardand veneered with a Restructured veneer. Edges are veneered in a matching veneer and a 0.6mm white laminate on the back. Doors are sprayed with a satin clear polyurethane.
