ONLINE REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Please retain you receipt for proof of purchase.
If your item purchased is deemed faulty please contact the Smartpack Help Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise for a return to be collected from to you and resent at no charge to you. The goods can be returned for repair or exchange depending on type of return. All items include a 12 month warranty.
A copy of the original receipt must also be included in the return envelope.
Please allow 7 - 14 days for your item to be returned. Freight charges to and from the customer within the warranty period will be paid by Alsa Manufacturing Co. P/L.
If you change your mind we will accept the item back at your cost for a credit against another item less the delivery charge you paid.
