Part 1 : Plan

Any great project needs a lot of planning. Decide on the room layout, measure the walls and draw a  plan of all the cabinets you want to fit in to the room.

To determine the functionality that best suits your needs, think about how you use your existing space and what feels comfortable to you, what you like and what you don’t like. We recommend making a list of the features you would like to retain and what you would like to replace.

Part 2 : Design

Using our templates as a start will make this simple. You adjust the cabinet sizes to fit and either add or delete cabinets to suit your requirements.

Within the kitchen for example, focus on creating three working zones: Storage (fridge/freezer/pantry), Washing (sink/dishwasher), and Cooking (oven/cooktop). For practicality, position these zones into what is called a ‘Working Triangle’. A good working triangle will help you move quickly and easily from task to task within your kitchen.

Part 3 : Order

Our app is easy to use and the ordering process is simple. There is no obligation until you have reviewed your order and paid and submitted your order.

Please see the following easy to follow steps for easy reference.

  1. Select the colours for the external finish of the cabinetry eg doors and panels. Start here
  2. Choose the category of hardware you wish to use : Standard, Executive and Premium. All hardware is Blum. Basic is non soft close and the most expensive Premium( soft close drawers and hinges) and the executive is mid price (soft close drawers and standard hinges).
  3. Decide on the method - either your own custom design using individual cabinets on the fly OR use our online layout design tool. Both ways you have full flexibility to edit cabinetsSelect the product (cabinet or panel etc) from the catalogue icons and input the sizes you require then save the product.
  4. Repeat the product selection as in point 4 working through your design list until all your cabinets and panels have been added. Each saved cabinet is listed on the shopping cart with the price.
  5. If you prefer to use the DIY templates of predesigned layouts then select the project type (kitchen , laundry, wardrobe, entertainment, storage and home office) and then the layout you want. Look over the sizes of your room and then adjust delete or add cabinets to suit your measurements.You can save , review and edit at any time before submitting your order. The dashboard will always reflect your save projects and your orders.
  6. Submit your order.
  7. Pay online by PayPal or direct deposit.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email on submission and another within 48 hours of your submission with a delivery or pickup date.
  9. Now register and you can get started - no obligations to purchase.

Part 4 : Delivery

Once your order is submitted you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with a completion date for your order.

The manufacturing time from us takes between 3-4 weeks from time you submit your order.

The delivery cost is automatically calculated if you are within the metropolitan area otherwise the price will be sent to you for approval and you can authorise this from inside your Dashboard of the app. The email will alert you to the order waiting for your authorisation.

Your order can be picked up on this date or if you have asked for delivery it will be picked up on this date from our factory. The order will be packed as a flatpack together with the hardware required to assemble your job on a pallet shrink wrapped for transport. Flatpack orders outside 25km from our factory will be packed in a crate for easy transport.
