Four-step process

You can go at your own pace as each step is clearly explained on our website but here is a brief overview.

• Step one is to plan your project. Know your room layout, measure the space such as the walls and make a plan.
• Step two is to use SmartPack’s online templates where you can modify cabinet sizes, for example, to match your needs.
• Step three is to order with our app – and you don’t have to go ahead with anything until you are absolutely sure you are happy with your choices. At this point, or even before, you can contact us to talk to one of our expert designers to ask questions or ask for guidance. Once you have paid and submitted your order, you are ready for the last, but most important step.
• Step four involves the delivery of your order which may take around three to four weeks, plus you will be given information relating to delivery costs.
